It has ordered the submission of written arguments in the case of Mohammed Aftab Alam, the accused in the Rajpur bomb blast case.
The case has been moved after 15 days as the single bench of Rautahat District Court, Judge Babukazi Bania, gave a two-point order on Wednesday.
The bench of Judge Baniyan ordered that the lawyers of both sides submit the written argument notes and the report of the decision of the Attorney General's office not to proceed with the case, and the note with the witness statement within 15 days after the case is started by the Supreme Court.
