Judges are divided on whether or not to release former Home Minister Balkrishna Khand on bail.
The opinion of the judge of the High Court of Patan is divided on whether to release the former Home Minister Balkrishna Khan on bail or to keep him in prison.
Judge Prakash Kharel gave an opinion in favor of upholding the district court's order to keep him in custody for preliminary investigation.
But another judge, Janakraj Pandey gave the opinion that he should be released on bail. After the difference of opinion in the joint bench, it is going to be discussed in the full bench.
